  • 1 can white beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1 can diced green chiles
  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 tsp cumin Enhances flavors.
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • to taste Salt and pepper

  • cheese Shredded for that melty goodness.
  • sour cream For a tangy kick.

Method
 

Cooking
  1. In a large pot, combine shredded chicken, white beans, green chiles, chicken broth, heavy cream, cumin, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  2. Bring to a simmer over medium heat.
  3. Cook for about 20-25 minutes, stirring occasionally, until heated through and flavors meld.

Notes

For more flavor, add jalapeƱos or hot sauce for a spicy kick. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for 3-4 days or freeze for up to 3 months.
