Crust
  • 1.5 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 0.5 cup unsalted butter, melted

  • 1 cup sugar
  • 32 oz cream cheese, softened (4 packages of 8 oz each)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Toppings
  • 1 cup caramel sauce
  • 1 cup chocolate chips
  • 1 cup chopped pecans

Method

Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 325°F (160°C).
  2. In a medium bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press this mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan.
  3. In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
  4. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
  5. Pour half of the cream cheese mixture over the crust. Drizzle with half of the caramel sauce, chocolate chips, and pecans.
  6. Pour the remaining cream cheese mixture on top.
Baking
  1. Bake in the preheated oven for 60-70 minutes or until the center is set.
Cooling
  1. Remove from the oven and let it cool before refrigerating for at least 4 hours.
  2. Before serving, top with remaining caramel sauce, chocolate chips, and pecans.

Notes

For best results, let the cheesecake cool completely before serving. It can be made a day ahead and stored in the fridge. To freeze, wrap slices tightly in plastic wrap and store in a freezer bag for up to 3 months.
