  • 1 large flour tortilla or wrap
  • 3 ounces sliced turkey breast
  • 2 slices cooked bacon
  • 1/4 cup shredded lettuce
  • 2 slices tomato
  • 1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 tablespoons ranch dressing
  • 1 tablespoon mayonnaise (optional)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Lay the large flour tortilla flat on a clean surface.
  2. Spread ranch dressing evenly over the tortilla.
  3. In the center, layer the sliced turkey breast.
  4. Place the cooked bacon slices atop the turkey.
  5. Sprinkle with shredded lettuce, followed by tomato slices and shredded cheddar cheese.
  6. Add a dash of salt and pepper to taste.
  7. Carefully fold the sides of the tortilla over the filling, then roll it tightly from the bottom up.
  8. Slice the wrap in half for serving. Enjoy immediately or wrap for meals on the go!

Notes

Store in an airtight container for up to 3 days in the fridge. For the freezer, wrap tightly in plastic wrap and foil to keep for about 2 months. Reheat in the microwave for 30 seconds if preferred warm.
