Ingredients

Main Ingredients
  • 1 scoop protein powder (whey or plant-based) Choose according to your dietary preference.
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk or coconut water Both options work well.
  • 1/2 cup frozen pineapple Provides sweetness and a tropical flavor.
  • 1/2 medium banana Helps achieve a creamy texture.
  • 1/2 cup spinach (optional) For added nutrients, feel free to include.
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds (optional) Adds omega-3s and fiber.
  • Ice cubes (optional) For thickness, add as desired.

Method

Preparation
  1. In a blender, combine the protein powder, almond milk (or coconut water), frozen pineapple, banana, and any optional ingredients.
  2. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  3. If desired, add ice cubes for a thicker consistency and blend again.
  4. Pour into a glass and enjoy as a refreshing and nutritious breakfast or snack.

Notes

For a thicker smoothie, use frozen fruits instead of fresh. You can add nut butter or swap fruits if desired. Leftovers can be stored in the fridge for about 24 hours.
