Ingredients
  

For the Marinade
  • 1 cup orange juice Freshly squeezed from 1 orange
  • 1 cup lemon juice Freshly squeezed from 1 lemon
  • 1 cup lime juice Freshly squeezed from 1 lime
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil For marinating
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced Enhances flavor
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano Adds depth of flavor
Main Ingredient
  • 4 pieces chicken breasts Boneless, skinless

Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a bowl, whisk together the orange juice, lemon juice, lime juice, olive oil, garlic, salt, pepper, and oregano.
  2. Place the chicken breasts in a resealable bag and pour the marinade over the chicken. Seal the bag and refrigerate for at least 1 hour (or up to overnight for the best flavor).
Cooking
  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Remove the chicken from the marinade and discard the marinade.
  3. Grill the chicken for about 6-7 minutes on each side or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
  4. Remove from the grill and let it rest for a few minutes before serving.
Serving
  1. Garnish with fresh cilantro before serving.

Notes

Marinate overnight for best flavor. Try adding different herbs or substituting chicken with tofu or portobello mushrooms for variations. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 4 days or freeze for 3 months.
