Preparation
- Combine all the spices in a bowl and toss them with the shrimp until fully covered. Let this sit for 30 minutes to soak up those flavors.
- Warm the olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
Cooking
- Toss in the seasoned shrimp and cook for about 2 minutes on each side until they’re beautifully pink.
- Add the finely chopped garlic to the pan and stir for 30 seconds.
- Top it off with fresh cilantro and serve with lime wedges.
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days. For longer storage, freeze them. Reheat gently to avoid rubbery shrimp. You can swap shrimp for chicken, fish, or even tofu!
