Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Unroll the crescent roll dough and, if you’re feeling creative, use the carrot-shaped cookie cutter to cut it into carrot shapes.
- Place a small amount of herbed cream cheese in the center of each carrot shape.
- Roll the dough to enclose the filling and shape it into a carrot form.
- Place on a baking sheet and bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.
- Once baked, allow to cool slightly and garnish with chopped parsley to resemble the green tops of a carrot.
- Serve warm as a delightful side or appetizer.
Notes
These treats can last in the fridge for about 3–4 days in an airtight container. To reheat, toss them in the oven for a few minutes until warmed through.
