- In a large bowl, combine the sliced strawberries, mini marshmallows, and sugar (if desired).
- In another bowl, mix the whipped topping, sour cream, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Gently fold the whipped mixture into the strawberry mixture until well combined.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
Notes
Store in the fridge for 3-5 days. For a sweeter version, adjust the sugar to taste. Adding blueberries or bananas can also enhance the salad.
