Ingredients
  

Crust
  • 1 cup crushed graham crackers
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
Cheesecake Filling
  • 2 cups cream cheese, softened Make sure the cream cheese is softened for a smooth filling.
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup whipped cream Store-bought whipped cream can be used for convenience.
  • 1 cup fresh strawberries, chopped You can substitute with raspberries or blueberries.
  • 1/2 cup strawberry sauce (optional) Drizzle on top before serving.

Preparation
  1. In a bowl, mix crushed graham crackers and melted butter until well combined.
  2. Press this mixture into the bottom of a lined baking dish to form the crust.
  3. In another bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth.
  4. Add powdered sugar and vanilla, mixing until well combined.
  5. Carefully fold in the whipped cream until fully incorporated.
  6. Stir in the chopped strawberries.
  7. Pour the cheesecake mixture over the crust and spread it evenly.
  8. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until everything is set.
  9. Cut into small bites and drizzle with strawberry sauce if desired before serving.
