Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, toss the strawberries with maple syrup and olive oil, then spread them on a baking sheet. Roast for about 15-20 minutes until caramelized.
Cooking Oatmeal
  1. In a pot, bring water to a boil, then add steel cut oats and a pinch of salt.
  2. Reduce heat to low and simmer for about 20-30 minutes until oats are tender and creamy.
Serving
  1. Serve the oatmeal topped with the roasted strawberries and a drizzle of additional maple syrup if desired.

Notes
