- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat.
- Add the chopped onion, bell pepper, and garlic; sauté until softened.
- Stir in the Cajun seasoning and cook for another minute.
- Add the shrimp to the skillet and cook until they turn pink.
- Pour in the chicken broth and Worcestershire sauce, and add the hot sauce if desired.
- Simmer for a few minutes until the sauce thickens slightly.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve over cooked rice or with crusty bread.
Notes
Leftovers can be stored in the fridge for about 3 days or frozen for up to 2 months. Reheat gently and add a splash of broth if necessary.
