Ingredients
  

Noodles
  • 8 oz Thin, chewy noodles Cook according to package instructions
Spicy Sauce
  • 2 tbsp Gochujang The spicy star of the show!
  • 1 tbsp Sesame oil For a nutty flavor

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Cook the thin noodles according to package instructions, then rinse them under cold water to cool.
  2. In a bowl, mix together gochujang and sesame oil to create the spicy sauce.
Combining
  1. Toss the cooled noodles with the sauce and fresh vegetables until well coated.
Serving
  1. Serve the noodles in a bowl, topped with sliced boiled eggs and a sprinkle of sesame seeds.

Notes

Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the fridge for about 3 to 4 days. When reheating, add a splash of water to maintain texture. Customize spice levels and add proteins like chicken or tofu if desired.
