Ingredients
  

Egg Filling
  • 6 pieces hard-boiled eggs Fresh eggs are preferable.
  • 2 tablespoons gochujang Adjust for desired spice level.
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise Greek yogurt can be used as a substitute.
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
Garnishes
  • Sesame seeds For garnish.
  • Sliced scallions For garnish.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Slice the hard-boiled eggs in half and remove the yolks.
  2. In a bowl, mash the yolks with gochujang, mayonnaise, sesame oil, minced garlic, salt, and pepper until smooth.
  3. Fill the egg whites with the yolk mixture.
  4. Garnish with sesame seeds and sliced scallions.
  5. Serve immediately or refrigerate until ready to serve.

Notes

These deviled eggs are best enjoyed fresh but can be stored in the fridge for up to 2 days in an airtight container.
