  • 6 large eggs Use older eggs for easier peeling.
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon Gochujang sauce Adjust based on heat preference.
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chives or green onions, for garnish For a pop of color.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Boil the eggs in a pot of water for about 10-12 minutes.
  2. Remove the eggs and place them in ice water to cool.
  3. Once chilled, peel the eggs and slice them in half.
  4. Remove the yolks and place them in a bowl.
  5. Add mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, Gochujang sauce, salt, and pepper to the yolks and mix until smooth.
  6. Spoon or pipe the mixture back into the egg whites.
  7. Garnish with chopped chives or green onions.
  8. Serve chilled.

Notes

Can be stored in the fridge for up to two days in an airtight container. Cover to prevent fridge odors. For a fancier presentation, use a piping bag.
