Ingredients
  

Brownie Base
  • 1 cup unsalted butter Melted
  • 2 cups granulated sugar
  • 4 large eggs At room temperature
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips
S’mores Toppings
  • 1 cup mini marshmallows
  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Grease a 9×13 inch baking pan.
  3. In a large bowl, melt the butter and stir in the sugar until combined.
  4. Beat in the eggs one at a time, then add the vanilla.
  5. In another bowl, mix the flour, cocoa powder, and salt.
  6. Gradually mix the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients until just combined.
  7. Fold in the chocolate chips.
Baking
  1. Pour half of the brownie batter into the prepared pan.
  2. Sprinkle graham cracker crumbs over the batter and add a layer of mini marshmallows.
  3. Pour the remaining brownie batter over the top, then add more marshmallows and graham cracker crumbs.
  4. Bake for 30–35 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out with a few moist crumbs.
  5. Allow to cool before cutting into squares and serving.

Notes

For best results, use high-quality chocolate and keep an eye on the baking time to avoid overcooking. Store in an airtight container in the fridge for 3–5 days or freeze for up to 3 months.
