Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Grease a 9×13 inch baking pan.
- In a large bowl, melt the butter and stir in the sugar until combined.
- Beat in the eggs one at a time, then add the vanilla.
- In another bowl, mix the flour, cocoa powder, and salt.
- Gradually mix the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients until just combined.
- Fold in the chocolate chips.
Baking
- Pour half of the brownie batter into the prepared pan.
- Sprinkle graham cracker crumbs over the batter and add a layer of mini marshmallows.
- Pour the remaining brownie batter over the top, then add more marshmallows and graham cracker crumbs.
- Bake for 30–35 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out with a few moist crumbs.
- Allow to cool before cutting into squares and serving.
Notes
For best results, use high-quality chocolate and keep an eye on the baking time to avoid overcooking. Store in an airtight container in the fridge for 3–5 days or freeze for up to 3 months.
