Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 225°F (107°C).
  2. Slice the zucchini into thin rounds.
  3. In a bowl, mix together the vinegar, olive oil, salt, black pepper, and garlic powder.
  4. Toss the zucchini slices in the vinegar brine until well coated.
  5. Place the slices in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Cooking

Notes
