- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a skillet, cook the diced bacon until crispy. Remove and drain on paper towels.
- In a bowl, whisk together the eggs and milk. Season with salt and pepper.
- Spread the cooked bacon, chopped onion, and shredded cheese evenly in the pie crust.
- Pour the egg mixture over the filling.
Baking
- Bake for 30-35 minutes or until the quiche is set and golden on top.
- Allow to cool slightly before slicing and serving.
