Ingredients
  

Seafood Mixture
  • 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 cup crab meat
  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup green onions, chopped Adds a burst of flavor
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • to taste Salt and pepper
Biscuit Base
  • 1 can refrigerated biscuits

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to the temperature specified on the biscuit package.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the shrimp, crab meat, cream cheese, mayonnaise, green onions, garlic powder, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
  3. Roll out the biscuits or flatten them slightly and place them on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
  4. Spoon the seafood mixture onto the center of each biscuit.
Cooking
  1. Bake according to the biscuit package instructions, or until the biscuits are golden brown and the filling is heated through.
  2. Serve warm and enjoy!

Notes

These melts are best eaten fresh, but if you have leftovers, they’ll keep in the fridge for up to 3 days. Reheat them in the oven for a few minutes to regain that delightful crispness. Don't put them in the microwave unless you enjoy chewy biscuits.
