  1. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat.

  4. Stir in the broccoli and cook for another 3-4 minutes until tender-crisp.
  5. Season with salt, pepper, soy sauce, and lemon juice.

Notes

Serve over rice or quinoa for a colorful dish. Drizzle with extra lemon juice before serving. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 2 days in the fridge or 3 months in the freezer. Reheat gently on the stovetop with a splash of water.
