This Seafood Pizza is a quick and delightful way to bring a taste of the ocean to your dinner table with loads of cheesy goodness topped with shrimp, calamari, and mussels.

Ingredients
  

Pizza Base
  • 1 package Pizza dough Store-bought or homemade
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil For brushing
Sauce and Toppings
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced Adds flavor and aroma
  • 1 cup Tomato sauce Base sauce for the pizza
  • 1 cup Mozzarella cheese, shredded For topping
  • 1 cup Shrimp, cooked and peeled Seafood topping
  • 1 cup Calamari, sliced Seafood topping
  • 1 cup Mussels, cleaned Seafood topping
  • 1 teaspoon Oregano For seasoning
  • to taste Salt and pepper For seasoning
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh parsley, chopped For garnish

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 475°F (245°C).
  2. Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness.
  3. Brush the dough with olive oil and spread minced garlic evenly.
  4. Spread tomato sauce on top of the dough.
  5. Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese on the sauce.
  6. Evenly distribute the cooked shrimp, sliced calamari, and cleaned mussels over the cheese.
  7. Season with oregano, salt, and pepper.
  8. Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the crust is golden and the cheese is bubbly.
  9. Remove from the oven and garnish with fresh parsley.
  10. Slice and serve hot.

Notes

You can store leftovers in the fridge for up to 3 days. For longer storage, it freezes beautifully for about 2 months. Reheat in the oven for that delightful crispiness!
