Ingredients
  

For the Quiche Filling
  • 6 large Large Eggs
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 1 cup Cheese (a mix of cheddar and Swiss) For that perfect melt
  • 1 cup Cooked Bacon (crumbled) Cooked until crispy
  • 1/2 cup Green Onions (chopped)
  • Salt & Pepper To taste
For the Crust
  • 1 9-inch Pie Crust Store-bought or homemade

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs and milk until well combined.
  3. Stir in the cheese, crumbled bacon, chopped green onions, salt, and pepper.
  4. Place the pie crust in a pie dish and pour the egg mixture into the crust.
Cooking
  1. Bake in the preheated oven for 35-40 minutes, or until the quiche is set and the top is golden brown.
  2. Let it cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.

Notes

For a beautiful presentation, pair the quiche with a fresh green salad drizzled with zesty vinaigrette. Leftovers can be stored in the fridge for about 3-4 days, or frozen for up to 2 months.
