Preparation
- Butter one side of each slice of bread.
- Spread cream cheese on the unbuttered side of one slice.
- Add chopped roasted jalapeños on top of the cream cheese.
- Place a slice of cheese on top of the jalapeños, then cover it with the second slice of bread (buttered side out).
Cooking
- Heat a skillet over medium heat and grill the sandwich until golden brown on both sides and the cheese is melted, about 3-4 minutes per side.
- Slice and serve hot!
Notes
For an extra twist, use multigrain bread or swap in vegan cheese and butter. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days. Reheat in a skillet for best results.
