  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter Melted
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 large eggs At room temperature
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/3 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup milk chocolate chips
  • 1 cup fresh raspberries Gently folded in

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a square baking pan.
  2. In a saucepan, melt the butter over low heat.
  3. Remove from heat and stir in sugar, eggs, and vanilla.
  4. Mix in cocoa, flour, and salt until just combined.
  5. Fold in the chocolate chips and raspberries gently.
  6. Pour the batter into the prepared pan and smooth the top.
Baking
  1. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out with a few moist crumbs.
  2. Allow to cool before cutting into squares.

Notes

For serving, dust with powdered sugar or serve warm with vanilla ice cream. Store in an airtight container for up to 5 days at room temperature or refrigerate for extended shelf life. You can also freeze wrapped individual squares for up to 3 months.
