Preparation
- Spread a layer of creamy ranch dressing over each tortilla.
- Layer slices of deli ham and shredded cheese on top.
- Add sliced vegetables if desired.
- Roll the tortilla tightly from one end to the other.
- Slice the rolled tortilla into pinwheels.
- Serve immediately or refrigerate until serving.
Notes
Refrigerate the pinwheels for a better texture when slicing. These pinwheels can also be frozen for 1-2 months if wrapped tightly in plastic.
