  • 2 tbsp Cajun seasoning
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp butter

Preparation
  1. Pat the shrimp dry with paper towels and place them in a bowl.
  2. Add Cajun seasoning and mix until the shrimp are evenly coated.
Cooking
  1. Heat olive oil and butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Add the shrimp in a single layer and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side or until the shrimp are opaque and cooked through.
  3. Season with additional salt and pepper if needed.

Notes
