Dough and Coating
  • 1 loaf frozen bread dough Thaw according to package instructions.
  • 1/4 cup butter, melted Used for coating the dough.
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning Adds flavor.
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder Enhances the flavor.
Fillings
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded Can substitute with other cheeses such as cheddar.
  • 1 cup pepperoni slices Can be substituted for other meats or veggies.
  • 1/2 cup pizza sauce For drizzling over the top.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a Bundt pan.
  2. Thaw the frozen bread dough according to package instructions.
  3. Roll out the dough and cut it into small bite-sized pieces.
Coating and Layering
  1. In a bowl, mix melted butter, Italian seasoning, and garlic powder.
  2. Dip each piece of dough in the butter mixture.
  3. Layer the coated dough pieces in the greased Bundt pan with pepperoni slices and shredded cheese in between.
Baking
  1. Pour pizza sauce over the top.
  2. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until golden brown.
  3. Remove from the oven, let cool slightly, then serve warm.

Notes

Serve warm straight from the oven with marinara sauce for dipping. Refrigerate leftovers in an airtight container for 3-4 days or freeze for up to a month.
