- Cook the Lo Mein noodles according to package instructions, then set aside.
- In a large skillet, brown the ground pork with 1/4 cup of green onions in peanut oil until cooked through.
Combine Ingredients
- Whisk together the chicken broth, mirin, dark soy sauce, minced garlic, grated ginger, sesame oil, and sriracha in a bowl.
- Add the cooked noodles and coleslaw mix to the skillet, mixing it all together.
- Toss everything for 2-3 minutes until well coated in the sauce.
Serve
- Garnish with the remaining green onions before serving.
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days. Reheat with a splash of broth for best results.
