Sauce Ingredients
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil For cooking the pork chops
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced Fresh minced garlic for flavor
  • 1 cup heavy cream For creamy sauce
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth For sauce depth

Method
 

Preparing the Pork Chops
  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Season pork chops with salt and pepper.
  3. Cook the pork chops for 4-5 minutes on each side until browned and cooked through. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
Making the Sauce
  1. In the same skillet, add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  2. Pour in chicken broth and bring to a simmer.
  3. Stir in heavy cream and cook until the sauce thickens.
Final Assembly
  1. Return the pork chops to the skillet and coat with the sauce.
  2. Serve with mashed potatoes or steamed veggies and garnish with fresh parsley.
