- Lay a tortilla flat on a clean surface.

- For dessert pinwheels, spread jelly or nut butter on the tortilla, add fruit slices, roll, and slice.
- Serve immediately or refrigerate before serving.
Notes
These pinwheels can be prepared a day in advance and stored tightly wrapped in the fridge. They stay fresh for about 3 days. A hint of creativity in flavors can elevate your pinwheels.
