Preparation
- Spread a layer of cream cheese over each tortilla.
- Layer on your choice of deli meats and vegetables.
- Sprinkle shredded cheese and any seasonings on top.
- Roll the tortilla tightly into a log.
- Slice the rolled tortilla into pinwheels of desired thickness.
- Serve immediately or refrigerate until ready to serve.
Notes
For a presentation, serve on a bright platter or rustic wooden board and garnish with fresh herbs or cherry tomatoes. They can be made a day in advance, and leftovers can be stored in the refrigerator for up to three days.
