  • 1 cup Shredded cheese Cheddar or mozzarella work great
  • 1 tsp Seasonings (like garlic powder, onion powder, or dried herbs) Adjust according to taste

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Spread a layer of cream cheese over each tortilla.
  2. Layer on your choice of deli meats and vegetables.
  3. Sprinkle shredded cheese and any seasonings on top.
  4. Roll the tortilla tightly into a log.
  5. Slice the rolled tortilla into pinwheels of desired thickness.
  6. Serve immediately or refrigerate until ready to serve.

Notes

For a presentation, serve on a bright platter or rustic wooden board and garnish with fresh herbs or cherry tomatoes. They can be made a day in advance, and leftovers can be stored in the refrigerator for up to three days.
