Garlic Sauce
  • 1 cup Homemade garlic sauce Spread evenly on the dough.
Toppings
  • 1 cup Dill pickles, sliced Adjust based on your preference.
  • 2 cups Mozzarella cheese, shredded Generously sprinkle over the pickles.
  • 0.5 cup Parmesan cheese, grated Add on top for extra flavor.

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven according to the pizza dough instructions.
  2. Roll out the thin crust pizza dough on a floured surface to your preferred thickness.
  3. Spread a layer of homemade garlic sauce evenly on the dough.
  4. Evenly distribute the dill pickle slices over the sauce.
Assembly
  1. Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese generously over the pickles.
  2. Finish by adding grated parmesan cheese on top.
Cooking
  1. Bake in the oven until the crust is golden and the cheese is bubbly, usually about 15-20 minutes.
  2. Remove from the oven, slice, and serve hot.

Notes

Let the pizza cool for a minute before slicing to avoid cheese mayhem! Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for about 3-4 days. You can freeze slices for up to 2 months.
