Preparation
  1. Slice the hard-boiled eggs in half and remove the yolks.
  2. In a bowl, mash the yolks with mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, chopped pickles, pickle juice, salt, and pepper.
  3. Spoon or pipe the mixture back into the egg white halves.
  4. Sprinkle with paprika before serving. Enjoy!

Notes

For a smoother texture, use an electric mixer to combine the yolk mixture. For a spicier kick, add cayenne pepper or chopped jalapeƱos. Garnish with dill or additional pickle slices for extra flair. Store the deviled eggs in an airtight container in the fridge for 3 to 4 days.
