- Dice your ham and pickles into smaller pieces and set aside.
- In a medium-sized bowl, beat your cream cheese until smooth.
- Fold in your diced ham and pickles until combined.
- Spread your mixture evenly among tortillas, leaving about ½ inch on the side.
- Roll up tightly and place on a plate. Wrap in Saran Wrap and refrigerate for about one hour.
- Slice into about 1 inch rounds when ready to serve.
Notes
For extra crunch, add finely chopped celery or green onions. You can also swap deli ham for turkey or chicken, or make it vegetarian with more dill pickles and diced bell peppers.
