Ingredients
  

For the Omelette
  • 2 large large eggs
  • 1/4 cup cooked beef, sliced
  • 1/4 cup bell peppers, diced
  • 1/4 cup onions, diced
  • 1/4 cup provolone or cheddar cheese
  • to taste Salt and pepper
  • for cooking Butter or oil Use for sautéing.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a bowl, beat the eggs and season with salt and pepper.
Cooking
  1. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and add butter or oil.
  2. Sauté the onions and bell peppers until they are soft.
  3. Add the cooked beef to the skillet and mix with the vegetables.
  4. Pour the beaten eggs over the beef and vegetables, tilting the pan to spread evenly.
  5. Cook until the eggs are set, then sprinkle cheese on top.
  6. Fold the omelette in half and serve hot.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for about 3-4 days. Reheat in the microwave.
