Method
 

Preparation
  1. Spread butter on one side of each slice of bread.
  2. On the unbuttered side of one slice, spread a layer of pesto.
  3. Add cheese on top of the pesto.
  4. Place the other slice of bread on top, buttered side facing outward.
Cooking
