  • 2 teaspoons cumin
  • 2 teaspoons paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
For the Creamy Green Sauce
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup cilantro leaves
  • 1 piece jalapeño pepper, seeded and chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • Juice of 1 lime lime
  • Salt to taste

Preparation
  1. In a bowl, combine the olive oil, cumin, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  2. Toss the chicken breasts in the mixture and let them sit for at least 30 minutes.
  3. While the chicken is marinating, blend the mayonnaise, cilantro, jalapeño, garlic, lime juice, and salt in a blender until smooth.
Cooking
  1. Fire up your grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Place the chicken on the grill and cook for 6-7 minutes on each side or until fully cooked.
