Preparation
- In a small bowl, mix together honey, soy sauce, minced garlic, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
Cooking
- Heat a non-stick skillet over medium-high heat and add a little olive oil.
- Place the salmon fillets skin-side down and cook for 4-5 minutes until the skin is crispy.
- Flip the salmon and pour the honey garlic mixture over the fillets. Cook for another 4-5 minutes until the salmon is cooked through.
Serving
- Serve immediately with rice or vegetables and lemon wedges.
Notes
For best texture, don't skip letting the salmon sear properly. Adjust the honey and soy sauce to your taste preferences. Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days or frozen for up to 2 months.
