Ingredients
  

Pizza Base
  • 1 piece Pizza dough Store-bought or homemade
  • 1 cup Pizza sauce For spreading on the dough
Toppings
  • 2 cups Shredded mozzarella cheese For a gooey topping
  • 1 cup Pepperoni slices Add more if desired
  • 1 cup Pineapple chunks Sweet and juicy, canned or fresh
Seasoning
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil To drizzle on top
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Oregano Dried or fresh

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 475°F (245°C).
  2. Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface and transfer it to a pizza stone or baking sheet.
  3. Spread a thin layer of pizza sauce over the dough.
  4. Sprinkle a generous amount of shredded mozzarella cheese on top.
  5. Evenly distribute the pepperoni slices and pineapple chunks over the cheese.
  6. Drizzle a little olive oil and sprinkle salt and oregano on top.
Baking
  1. Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the crust is golden and the cheese is bubbly.
  2. Remove from the oven, let cool for a few minutes, slice, and serve.

Notes

For extra flavor, brush the crust with garlic-infused olive oil before baking. To store leftovers, keep wrapped in plastic or in an airtight container in the fridge for 3-4 days, or freeze for up to 2 months.
