- In a medium bowl, mix the cream cheese, granulated sugar, and vanilla until smooth and creamy.
- In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt.
- Combine the melted butter, brown sugar, granulated sugar, and vanilla; add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each.
- Gradually fold in the dry ingredients until a soft dough forms. Add in the Oreo pieces and crumbs.
- Flatten a spoonful of dough, place cheesecake filling in the center, fold over, and roll into a ball.
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Arrange dough balls on a lined baking sheet, and bake for 12-15 minutes until golden.
- Cool on the baking sheet before transferring to a wire rack.
Notes
Serve warm with a glass of milk or vanilla ice cream. Store in an airtight container for 5-7 days or freeze for up to 3 months.
