Ingredients

Pasta and Main Ingredients
  • 8 oz pasta (penne or rotini)
  • 1 lb steak (sirloin or flank steak), cut into strips
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
  • 1/2 cup ranch dressing
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chopped green onions for garnish (optional)

Method

Cooking the Pasta
  1. Cook pasta according to package instructions, drain, and set aside.
Cooking the Steak
  1. In a skillet, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat.
  2. Add the steak strips and season with salt and pepper. Cook until browned.
Making the Sauce
  1. Stir in the buffalo sauce and beef broth, then bring to a simmer.
  2. Add the cooked pasta and ranch dressing. Mix well to combine, then reduce heat.
  3. Sprinkle cheese on top and let it melt.
Serving
  1. Garnish with chopped green onions if desired and serve hot.

Notes

For best results, don’t overcrowd the pan while browning the steak. Use penne or rotini pasta for the best texture, and adjust spice levels with milder buffalo sauce if preferred. Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the fridge for 3-4 days or frozen for up to a month.
