  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese Can substitute with nutritional yeast for a vegan version
  • Salt and pepper to taste Adjust seasoning according to preference

Cooking
  1. In a large pot or skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat.
  2. Add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
  3. Pour in the milk and bring to a simmer.
  4. Add the pasta along with a pinch of salt, stirring to coat.
  5. Cook according to package instructions until the pasta is al dente and the sauce is creamy.
  6. Stir in the Parmesan cheese until melted and well combined.
  7. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  8. Serve hot, garnished with chopped parsley if desired.

Notes

This dish keeps well in the fridge for about 3–4 days. For longer storage, freeze in an airtight container for up to 2 months. To reheat, add a splash of milk for the creamy texture.
