Method
 

Preparation of Crust
  1. In a bowl, mix the graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and granulated sugar until well combined.

  3. Chill in the fridge while you prepare the filling.
Preparation of Filling

  3. Gently fold in the whipped topping until the filling is light and fluffy, being careful not to overmix.
Assembly and Chilling

  2. Smooth the tops with a spatula or the back of a spoon.
  3. Chill the cheesecake cups in the fridge for at least 2 hours or until set.
