- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, mash the bananas until smooth.
- Add the eggs, buttermilk, avocado oil, cane sugar, brown sugar, and vanilla extract. Mix well.
- Sprinkle in the sifted flour, baking soda, and salt. Gently fold until just combined (don’t overmix!).
- Pour the batter into a greased loaf pan.
- Bake for 60-65 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let it cool before slicing. Enjoy!
Notes
For best results, use very ripe bananas for maximum flavor. Store banana bread at room temperature for 3-4 days or in the fridge for up to a week. Freeze for up to 3 months.
