Main Ingredients
  • 1 cup unsalted butter Melted
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 4 large eggs Room temperature
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla extract

  • 1 cup unsweetened cocoa powder

Method

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9x13 inch baking pan.
  2. In a saucepan, melt the butter over low heat. Remove from heat and stir in sugar, eggs, and vanilla.
  3. Beat in flour, cocoa, coffee granules, and salt until just combined.
  4. Fold in chocolate chips if you’re feeling indulgent.
  5. Spread the batter into your prepared baking pan.
  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes. A toothpick inserted in the center should come out with a few moist crumbs.
  7. Allow to cool before cutting into squares and serving.

Notes

Keep brownies in an airtight container at room temperature for about 4-5 days. For longer storage, refrigerate for up to a week or freeze for up to 3 months. Reheat in the microwave for a few seconds when needed. Pro tip: Adding a sprinkle of sea salt before baking enhances flavor.
