  • 1 pie crust flaky pie crust
  • 1 cup diced ham
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened Make sure it is softened for easy blending.
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, beat the eggs and milk together until well combined.
  3. Add the softened cream cheese, sour cream, diced ham, and shredded cheddar cheese; mix until everything’s fully combined.
  4. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  5. Pour the mixture into the pie crust and spread it evenly.
Cooking
