Ingredients
  

Base Ingredients
  • 1 cup milk Use whole or 2% milk for richness.
  • 4 large eggs
Filling
  • 1 cup shredded cheese Your favorite type, such as cheddar or mozzarella.
  • 1 cup diced vegetables Add bell peppers, spinach, or onions.
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
Crust
  • 1 pre-made pie crust pre-made pie crust Store-bought or homemade.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the milk, eggs, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  3. Stir in the cheese and vegetables of your choice.
  4. Roll out your pie crust and cut it into small circles to fit in your muffin tin. Press the circles into the muffin cups.
  5. Pour the egg mixture into each cup until nearly full.
Baking
  1. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the tops are golden and puffed.
  2. Let cool slightly before removing from the pan.

Notes

These mini quiches can be stored in the fridge for 3-4 days or frozen for up to 2 months. Reheat in the oven for best results.
