  • 3 cloves garlic, minced Don't skip toasting.
  • 1 cup spinach, chopped Feel free to experiment with other greens.
  • 1/2 cup parmesan cheese, grated Essential for flavor enhancement.
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Method
 

Cooking Instructions
  1. In a large pot, heat olive oil over medium heat.
  2. Add garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  3. Toss in the shrimp and cook until pink, about 2-3 minutes.
  4. Stir in the orzo and chicken broth, bringing it to a boil.
  5. Reduce heat, cover, and simmer for about 10 minutes or until the orzo is al dente.
  6. Mix in the heavy cream, spinach, and parmesan cheese.
  7. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  8. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes, until the sauce thickens up.
  9. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for about 3 days. Reheat on low on the stove or microwave, adding a splash of chicken broth if necessary.
