Method
 

Preparation
  1. Combine the diced mangoes, chopped habanero peppers, minced garlic, honey, and apple cider vinegar in a blender.
  2. Blend until smooth; this should take about 30 seconds.
  3. Taste and add salt as desired for that perfect balance.
  4. Use this sauce as a glaze, dip, or marinade for grilled vegetables, tofu, or more.
  5. Store it in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to a week.

Notes
