Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and spray a 9×13 baking dish with non-stick spray.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add diced onions and bell peppers to the hot oil, cooking for 5-6 minutes until they start to soften.
- Add minced garlic and cook for another 30 seconds.
- Add ground beef, breaking it up as it cooks; season with salt and pepper, cooking until browned.
- Stir in Worcestershire sauce and mix well.
- Reduce heat to low, add cream cheese, stirring until melted.
- Transfer mixture to the prepared baking dish and spread evenly.
- Layer provolone cheese on top, followed by shredded mozzarella.
Baking
- Bake for 22-25 minutes until cheese is melted and golden.
- Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
Notes
Serve garnished with fresh herbs and pair with a crisp green salad or zesty pickles for extra crunch. Leftovers can be stored in the fridge for 3-4 days or frozen for up to 2 months. Reheat in the oven or microwave.
