Preparation
- Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Cut the zucchini into sticks or fries.
- In a bowl, mix breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Dip each zucchini stick in the mixture, making sure they’re well coated.
- Arrange the zucchini fries in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Spray lightly with cooking spray or drizzle with olive oil.
Cooking
- Cook for about 10-12 minutes, or until golden and crispy, shaking the basket halfway through for even cooking.
Serving
- Serve warm with a dipping sauce of your choice.
Notes
For extra crunch, use Panko breadcrumbs. Store leftovers in an airtight container for 3-4 days and reheat in air fryer.
